Donate to MILCC

MILCC is in need of your generosity to continue its support of IBCLC candidates. The number of scholarships awarded is dependent on the funds raised each year. Full or partial scholarships are offered and depend on applicant's request and funds available. MILCC accepts monetary donations, gifts for its annual on-line and silent auctions. MILCC welcomes your participation in the auctions (see our calendar).

Currently donations are being accepted for the following scholarships

MILCC Scholarship: available to candidates who meet the qualifications stated on the Application.

JoAnne W. Scott Scholarship Endowment: scholarships available to candidates from a "mother to mother" support background who meet the qualifications stated on the Application. Click here for more information about the Scott Scholarship.


In 2007, 120 candidates received scholarships. These Candidates represented 17 nations including: United Arab Emerates, Eygpt, Rwanda, Germany, USA, Poland, Israel, Guatemala, Australia, and others. The exam is given annually in at least 12 languages.
